Support Private Career Colleges to achieve
financial success, growth and sustainability.

As a college new to British Columbia, we were not familiar with the regulatory requirements in the province, it felt like operating in a different country. Then we found Grace, she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and had a strong work ethic. She’s always available to answer questions and brings creativity when it comes to finding solutions. She is excellent at managing deadlines and ensuring we remain compliant. It is truly a pleasure to work with her. I would highly recommend her to any school looking for a knowledgeable person to support compliance and regulatory matters.

It is my pleasure to write my support for Grace. I have known Grace since the very first day I set foot in Greystone College. With her constant dedication and affiliative leadership style Grace has made a significant and positive impact on all the curriculum and instructors.

Over the years I have had the opportunity to work alongside Grace to help develop some of the curriculum for the programs, so I have seen firsthand all the hard work she has put in to get every single course across different campuses standardized and ready for our students. I firmly believe that without Grace, Greystone College would not be what it is today nor achieved as much success. Grace made many improvements to the courses while patiently assembling all the input and contributions from instructors. The difference between the course materials I was expected to teach from my first class to now is like night and day. Her forward thinking has allowed our college to obtain some of the outstanding elements of our programs which are in use today such as a complete personal financial education; 24/7 mental health support; and the timely implementation of all of our programs online for all our students. Grace’s earlier work was not a small contribution given how quickly our college was able to launch all of our classes online with 36 hours when the pandemic first hit.

Under Grace’s leadership the instructors have been empowered to enhance the quality and impact of our teaching through a collaborative workspace; a well-designed LMS; meaningful learning outcomes; the selection of appropriate content and resources; and relevant assessments. Grace also displays fantastic focus, empathy, and positivity as a leader.

I am confident that Grace will be an indefatigable driving force for any organization in the future.

I cannot overstate just how impactful Grace's people-orientated management style has been for both myself and the other staff and students. Grace has been an outstanding mentor and has left some mighty shoes to fill. Her commitment to providing quality work in everything she does has been simply inspiring.

I have known Grace for two decades now. Her dedication to her work whatever she takes on and commitment to her clients’ success have always stood out for me from the very start when I met her when she was a program director. She then transitioned to the Director of a relatively young Career College still and she saw the school fully forming into its maturity and succeeding in the industry.

She is a rare find in that her expertise covers the academic, operations and regulations/compliance in the Career College sector in Canada as well as her depth of knowledge in the ESL sector. In addition, she has comprehensive knowledge of the international student sector. With her work around building pathways to higher education, she is an excellent asset!

Best of all, Grace is a team player and leader. She understands the strength of a cohesive team. No single person can be better than a strong team that brings its own talents and commitments. Her ability to inspire and motivate her team has always been her greatest strength. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her.

Grace’s broad and deep knowledge of the career college market positions her as a leader in this ever-changing environment. I have worked closely with Grace for over six years and it is always a pleasure to learn from her and exchange ideas. Having been involved in the sector for many years at both the national and provincial levels, in addition to her many years of curriculum and instructional design, makes Grace uniquely qualified to consult at a variety of different levels.

I had the pleasure of working with Grace Pyo, who served as the National Curriculum Director at Greystone College . Grace consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication and passion for her work, always going above and beyond in her efforts. She made a point to connect with team members and was always available to support anyone in need, even outside of work hours. Grace's ability to foster strong relationships and her unwavering commitment to the team's success were truly exceptional. Her enthusiasm, helpfulness, and drive make her an invaluable asset to any team.
