Grace has worked in international education and the vocational sector for over 30 years as an educator, campus director, curriculum director and more. She is a relationship builder that is results driven with a high standard of work ethic.
Grace is an experienced educator with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Skilled in International Education, Regulatory Compliance, Curriculum and Instructional Design, Teaching English as a Second Language, and Adult Education. Relationship builder that is results driven with a high standard of work ethic. In her spare time, Grace's interests lie in travel, volunteerism, and gardening. She is most passionate about being a strong role model for her amazing daughter.

Over the years I have had the opportunity to work alongside Grace to help develop some of the curriculum for the programs, so I have seen firsthand all the hard work she has put in to get every single course across different campuses standardized and ready for our students. I firmly believe that without Grace, Greystone College would not be what it is today nor achieved as much success. Grace made many improvements to the courses while patiently assembling all the input and contributions from instructors. The difference between the course materials I was expected to teach from my first class to now is like night and day. Her forward thinking has allowed our college to obtain some of the outstanding elements of our programs which are in use today such as a complete personal financial education; 24/7 mental health support; and the timely implementation of all of our programs online for all our students. Grace’s earlier work was not a small contribution given how quickly our college was able to launch all of our classes online with 36 hours when the pandemic first hit.
Under Grace’s leadership the instructors have been empowered to enhance the quality and impact of our teaching through a collaborative workspace; a well-designed LMS; meaningful learning outcomes; the selection of appropriate content and resources; and relevant assessments. Grace also displays fantastic focus, empathy, and positivity as a leader.
